  Never been helpful AT ALL. Can't say"lending done human" like their site says! Too many smoking breaks outside by front door, I think. Also, unable to use link on their site to send email. Does not get sent.

  Kathy and Sue are GREAT!!! ( Sure other staff there is also, but those two have always been my go to) If they can help they do. Usually loan officer gets back to u same day. Very friendly environment, treat customers like real people, and they can relate to most situations. So if your thinking about a loan tell em I sent u we both get something out of it!
