  Update: This company is amazing! The entire staff is incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The first loan process was fast and the staff is friendly. I was driving my new truck the same day I went in. A couple years later I refinances with no problem. When my truck was in a hit and run, they went above and beyond to help.

  The agents assisting me did a wonderful job. They were friendly and seem to go out of the way to make me fill comfortable. I highly recommend the Abilene location for business. The whole process didn't take very long either. I will continue to do business there

  One of the employees at this financial institution took my information she gathered from my husband’s W2 to track me down on the internet like a dog for personal reasons. I’m absolutely appalled at this and I hope this institution handles the breach of information appropriately.
