  EXCELLENT Customer service!! I applied for a loan online and minutes later I received a call from Nicola. She was extremely kind and very clear on what I needed to do to get my loan approved. It was an easy and quick process all thanks to Nicola. I highly recommend working with her!!

  Worst loan experience. I received a letter the mail about a personal loan to consolidate credit card debit. I applied online and was approved for a certain amount. I got a call from the local branch and was asked additional questions, about my vehicle and how secured loans worked. He told me that he would have to some numbers and would call me the same day. I never got that call. Today I called the bank and no one picks up the phone. Poor customer service.

  Got told was approved call was different story said I wasn’t approved cuz I got car loan then my bf got text saying he was approved he called and they said he not approved because he don’t have car loan both times we spoke to the lady she was rude and we ask why text us call her for we can come in then tell us deal wit it because we not approved make no since horrible and rude and unprofessional! Should get shut down !

  I highly recommend them absolutely good services and fast and puctunctual we had the pleasure of the representative ms.marsha excellent results in the Fishkill branch made us feel comfortable too thank you

  They were mostly nice, that was about it. They were the one out of two results on Credit Karma for my loan so I figured I would give them a shot. I got pre-approved for a loan but they didn't give me an interest rate or even a scale. I needed cash fast and I figured with my good credit (765) I could easily get a decent rate and decided to continue with the application process. They wouldn't let be do it online so I had to go down there in person. While working on the loan papers, they told me they rarely do secured loans, which definitely worried me, and even with secured loans, they want like 16%! I asked him what I was looking at and he told me I was looking at a *%*?!ng 25% interest rate! One wasted hard inquiry later, I left empty handed. I went with Navy Federal and got a 4.30%, all online. After they realized I was not interested in the loan they got kind of offended and were just kind of like “yeah, whatever. Ok, thx bye”.

  This company is bias, I sent everything they asked for. They told me I'm approved and when would I like to come in. I arrive and her eyes become wide! They go through the motions viewing my car. Then they need to see my information again, the same info I sent that they apparently didn't look at to begin with. She tries to blame her supervisor but clearly the decision was hers. She claims because I'm partially paid by gratuity they aren't confident I'll be able to make the monthly payment. I was going to be $135! Even if I made minimum wage (which I don't) I'd stil be able to make the payment. These people lie, each one of these loan sharks are judge jury and executioner. Let the borrower BEWARE.

  I applied for and received a pre-qualification online. When I contacted the branch, the lady who answered clearly had a mouth full of food. As our phone conversation continued, it was perpetually difficult to understand her because she continued eating. I was told I couldn't be approved for a loan because I lived in Connecticut. Which is understandable because I've heard this story before from other lenders. So I asked if me being in the military would qualify me for an exemption to policy. She initially told me there was nothing she could do. So I asked if there was a way I could review this policy to verify it myself. Then she asked for my phone number (which I had already provided her once earlier in the conversation). So I provided it again and was told she would "ask around" and call back. Never heard back. Ultimately it seems the company, or at least some of their employees are content with word of mouth guidance vice by the book doctrine. Which is concerning for any financial institution. And they clearly have no discipline if their employees are eating while talking to customers.

  This establishment is one of the worst bank's to ever do any kind of credit, banking etc with they call n harrast people non-stop with the most amounts of interest and got the nerve to sit and argue with customer's VERY unprofessional place of business..Fishkill office Mitchell, Nicole and Kevin By far the most unprofessional bankers I've came across...

  Paid off s loan 3 years in advance, applied for another one and was declined for no reason. Credit is good and so Is payment history! I asked why I was declined and his response was "good question" although I was pre approved ... horrible

  Michelle is helpful and understanding, making the initial process smooth. Nicole is cold and apathetic--in simpler terms, she's a complete jerk.
