  Rude on the phone from the start. This company has unusual policies and the person on the phone felt that the most appropriate way to handle these unusual policies was to be condescending and dismissive. Within a few minutes on the phone with this local representative, I felt so condescended to that I handed the phone to my husband to finish the call. He eventually hung up after an equally frustrating experience. You don't care about your customers. All you care about is judgment.

  I had a car loan from them. It was totaled. It's been two weeks and they still haven't processed our insurance money yet. We was planning to use them to finance the car we wanted to buy next. Thanks to the bs and rudeness of the manger at the Lawton location. Forget it. You have lost a customer for life. I hope the Lawton store find professional help.

  The ladies that helped me were very Professional dispite the roof lady that came in during the time I was there. They handled the roof lady very Professionally, I respect the people that deal with unreasonable people like the lady that thought that are more important than everyone. I thank the two ladies that worked during that time.

  I got approved for loan through a women last month and didn't take it for personal reasons. I get different outcome today from a man asking for more collateral. Something ain't right and was a waist of my time.
