  Kristy and her team are awesome and they are working with me to try to get financing and we’re very helpful with info although can’t guarantee anything was still able to give me better understanding and offer additional help. Tell corporate they need a raise!

  Very unprofessional! Interests rates should be illegal! Borrow 5k pay back 11k! Pay for 5 years every payment on time and if you apply for another loan it means absolutely nothing but 1 day late and they call you 100 times and threaten you!!!! The loan officers at this branch are very unprofessional and only perceive to be nice until they got you where they want you! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Find somewhere else!!!!!

  Workers here post positive reviews. Look the bottom line is you borrow from these people if you don't have good credit. If you're a day late they call and hound you 15 times a day. They are really friendly until you borrow money and then they own you. The interest rate you pay is outlandish. But again, only those of us with poor or no credit borrow from these people. I'd say its predatory lending but nobody forced me to borrow from them.

  I really don’t understand how the employees at this loan center got to be loan specialists without understanding the basic principles of financial lending! How can you be qualified for this job and not know what a 1099 form is? Also, for your information, income earned this way IS verifiable income! I would give a negative star rating, if this were possible!

  I would not even leave a one star if that was an option. This branch is atrocious. The worst customer service i have every experienced. They violate Fair Debt Collection Practices. They harass us, and we have never paid our bill 30 days late- they call up to 15 times a day and start 8 hours after our due date, even though we have a 10 day window period before we are charged a late fee. Even though we have repeatedly told them to stop harassing us - they continue to violate our FDCPA rights!! They call us during work hours and try and mislead us by opening that our payment is late ( which according to our signed contract , is not) I will be filing a claim with the BBB regarding our right violation. DO NOT GO HERE. Go somewhere else.
