  I had been on the phone with them ALL day waiting on call backs that never happened so I had to continue calling them back. And after wasting a whole day on the phone and Being told multiple times "I was approved for x amount and it could be completed same day" the lady Amy says there is nothing they could do until a different day and it would only be for less than half if what they had originally told me.

  This company doesn't care about loyalty or anyone with a physical address but live in a camper. Doesn't matter if you always pay your bills on time they will deny everything they don't think is good enough...

  After receiving several letters from this company I decided I would check them out. With an APR of over 30% on a loan of $1,500 (which is the minimum they would finance) despite a good credit score I decided not to get a loan with this company.The staff at the Flagstaff branch wasn't able to explain why their interest rate was so absurd. Also, having to deal with a rude loan officer (Michelle) was a huge turn off. If your working with customers you need to be more careful with your tone of voice & body language. Even if the APR had been reasonble, just having to sit & try to speak with this lady would have changed my mind. Maybe theres a reason her previous employer let her go? Either way, uninformed & rude staff is a clear sign to everyone to avoid this business.

  I kept getting their ad's in the mail and I decided to give them a call to possibly get a consolidation loan. I spoke with Amy Taqffloola, who said she was the Branch Manager in Flagstaff. After giving her quite a lot of personal data, she asked for proof of income. "No problem", I said, "What is your email address, I can scan/email". "We don't have email addresses". What?!!! This got me thinking to research this company! What kind of financial institution does not give their employees email adddress!! I don't want my data sitting on a fax machine! .... I got real concerned and asked her to not process anything. I am currently researching this company. Looks like they are fairly new. As of today, I see quite a lot of hiring going on within their organization. Growth? Turn-over? After reading the other review - I have decided not to pursue this organization. They look to be shady or at the least - junior to the financial world! Added note: I just contacted their fax number - just out of curiosity - it is a non-working number!!! RED FLAG!!!!
