  They only positive to this place is they were the only one to approve me but on the other hand the will call you 4-5 times a day before your bill is due for a week before due date and they will randomly call randomly asking you to loan more money. Aside from that when I asked them to stop calling me so much the call even more. I would not recommend this branch.

  Very professional. Applied for consolidation loan, didn't think it was possible for the amount i was wanting. Then I got a call from Charlene Summers, and her professionalism was on point. She took care of some things I was having trouble with from other banks. Got what I needed, and the rest of the Staff was great when I came in to office. Thank you so much. Larry (Buck) Cory.

  After having troubles with my bank website, (site was down for maintenance) I made my loan payment online as I couldn't transfer funds to make my scheduled payment. One Main was in formed about this. I got nsf from my bank as they continued to try to take my payment. They also charged me nfs because they were not recieving my payment . NOT ONLY DID THEY GET MY PAYMENT, THEY GOT IT A DAY EARLY AND FOR 97.50 MORE THAN I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THIS OFFICE WHO ASSURED ME THEY WOULD RESOLVE THIS MATTER. SPOKE TO JEN THE BRANCH MANAGER. SINCE THEN I HAVE RECIEVED TWO MORE UPDATES TAKING ANOTHER NSF FEE FROM ME. AND MY ACCOUNT STILL SHOWING I AM ON AUTOMATIC PAY EVAN AFTER I MADE IT CLEAR I WANTED REMOVED. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

  Fast and easy service..i would definitely recommend this place..the staff is amazing at working things out for people in a time of need..i respect that and what they do for people..Thanks One Main for your service and help keep up the good work. Your customers appreciate you guys😊
