  It is never comfortable trying to get a loan, but Ashli and Jennifer were very professional and responsive. They were patient and were able to get me the funds I needed. I highly recommend!

  I worked with Ethan and he was wonderful. He was so helpful and everything went very smoothly. They were all great in the office and seemed to genuinely want to help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  The worst experience from any business in my life. Last year when my loan was granted one of the checks they sent to my creditors did'nt get received. My calls to the One Main office were ignored. Called the main office in Indiana and it was obvious they didn't believe me. It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get them motivated. Now I'm dealing with another issue involving a payment to them with the same lackadaisical attitude. Manager is "out of town" an can't speak to me. AWFUL COMPANY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

  Whole process took way to long. I have worked in a loan company before and it would take 20 minutes top, one main was very unorganized, they keep asking for the same info even after they got the paperwork. Whole process should be 30 minutes or less.
