  The staff at One Main Financial in Chico are awesome!! Jon was so helpful, knowledgeable, guaranteed a quick response, and overall very friendly. He was very pleasant to get a loan with and had great communication during the entire process. Thank you Jon for taking the time to make sure my personal loan worked out and making it a smooth process. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend getting a loan through this company!

  the amount of the loan was 2,000.00 dollars lesser than what I was told I would get. So after filling out all the paper work and refinancing my truck they told me how much I was getting back. However, the staff was really awesome and patient with me.

  Took a loan out here in August of last year. $5,000 exactly. Paid it off in January of this year so give or take about 4 months. Also bought a house as well. Tried to reapply for this loan and was told that because I got a house I would have to put up colateral. Thing is when I lived in the place prior to the house I just moved in I was paying $1,600 give or take every month for the place with the same exact bills I have now. Now my rent is only $950 and they want colateral. In the end I have more money available to pay thr loan back. How much sense does that make? Extremely dumb if you ask me. Proven I can pay back the loan yet they wont accept me now lol. Dumb dumb dumb. They wouldnt even work with me. Honestly I believe they were a little butthurt that I paid it off so quickly so instead of the interest to make it $11,000 I only had to pay them about $5,500. No other reason. If someone pays there loan off Id expect no issues with regetting it.
