  Sitting there while waiting for the approval and listening to the music they were playing to be specific, it was A Christian Music Station, it was the best feeling, you go there because you have a problem and just hearing and listening to their music makes it so comforting. The Agent was very Polite and respectful and understood our problem. He was Great, will definitely recommend them.

  The office in Winter Haven is staffed with people who listen and do what they can to help. There were never any issues with that office. I wish the same could be said for the Brunswick Ga. Office. I moved to Georgia in June for a better job offer, because of hurricane Irma, I found myself in need of some extra money. When I went to the local office in Brunswick Ga, the lady I talked to, couldn't get me away from her desk fast enough, there was a younger guy waiting to see her and her attention was certainly on him. She took minimal information from me and when I ask if she needed more, she stated that she would send me an email, requesting documentation. She never sent any email and when I contacted the office the next day, she called me back and said, sorry we can't make you any loan. I always thought that I was the kind of customer you wished everyone was. Payments were automatically deducted and the money was always there. And I never ask for or complained about anything. I guess the Brunswick office thought I was just to old. My credit score is higher than when I got the original loan. My collateral for the loan is worth more. My income is higher. I suppose I am just confused. Michael

  Staci was so amazingly helpful at the Winter Haven office. She made sure the entire process was quick and painless LOL. She was very friendly and the entire staff was nice professional. I definitely will do business with them again and would highly them to anybody. 😁

  they never answer their emails or answer the phone, their interest rates are outrageous.... you can email them hundreds of times and never get one email back so but even try - we needed help when covid hit and they didnt even answer any of our emails for months and never even answered the phone for weeks on end, then when they did we had to go thru the hassle of giving them paychecks to prove the financial hardship which of course made the process even longer till they even helped us out so we had to do without groceries and other essentials for even longer while this people took their time to help us out on their time.... they post their email on their website but they dont answer it.... my husband was told even today that the paychecks he sent to derrick (who doesnt work there anymore now) who used answer that email address so use this email so the lady told them to use this address instead and i looked and guess what... its the exact same address... this people are just not so smart ... then i look on website to just confirm and its the exact same email address as what has been on the website since day one but they didnt answer me back in beginning for covid crisis in march 2020.... really people get your business together!!!!!!!!!! we need help not the run around

  OneMain, formerly SpringLeaf has helped me out on a couple of occasions. Always an easy experience and have been pleased with the staff and experience. No-one likes to borrow money but we all need help from time to time. Would recommend them all day long. This branch in particular was extremely easy to work with. The fact they have automatic payments is also a plus. Never missed or been late on a payment.

  The people there where there for you. They go beyond their means to help you. We had a little problem to start with and that didn't stop them at all. They fixed it and now that's history. Like I said they are ( GOOD PEOPLE )
