  Be aware! I was initially approved for 5K. Was approved, have been making all of my payments on time since January 2019. Called for a renewal December 2019 & only could renew for $100. Definitely will do business with my credit union or First Franklin! One Main is a joke! If you don’t pay back In 6 months you will be paying back double. Will not be back or recommend anyone to do business at One Main.

  TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND LACK OF RESPECT. They should train their call center to give correct information. They gathered all of our personal info over the phone and gave us an exact quote of what we were approved for while viewing our credit report in detail. After an hour on the phone she scheduled us an appointment at the branch, said to upload our documents online via an email. We walked in for our appointment and they didn't even know who we were. Gave the info again and she told us we didnt even apply for a tenth of what the lady originally quoted us and dismissed us like we interrupted her evening. "It's the call center they don't always know all of the correct information to give" well now they have our ID, SSN, Bank account numbers and our vehicle registrations. Who would run a company where our personal info are in the hands of people that their employees say" don't know what it takes to get a loan" Would have been nice to know in advance. Do not recommend. BEWARE

  I can't say how much this place has helped me. I already have one personal loan with them and everything is just so easy. My truck broke down and for some reason fell for the payday loan trick. With truckbeing down missed some work so pretty much behind on everything. Called and spoke to Ashley who has Always a jumped at chance to help me. We agreed on amount then later she called to let me know that ji was approved. When got there Ashley had took a step further. She went above and beyond what she had to do and by doing so changed my quality of life. So much better and just can't thank her enough. Thank you One Main.

  Very pleasant experience. Received more than I initially asked for. The process was quick and explained in great detail. That I understood exactly what I signed for. Very professional.

  My name is Greg Matthews and I just want to thank Ashley and all the ladies at the Cartersville branch ! 8 mths ago i was injured at work . Thank God that Ashley and One Main offer insurance that covers your payments while your injured ! Thanks to this insurance my payments where made every month on time with no hesitation ! This insurance should be standard with every loan you get ! I highly recommended One Main and especially the Ladies at the Cartersville branch who are always a class act !

  These folks offered me a 9000.$ loan at 19.5 Apr and I accepted it. The manager then changed it to a 6000.$ loan at 35% Apr. This manager at Cartersville Ga. branch is not honest and all that apply for a loan with this branch should be careful. I will never be desperate enough to borrow from one main again. Liars and thieves. Byron Jackson.🐣

  These guys change their name every few years. Borrowed 50K. Wound up paying back more than 200K over 25 years in a 15 year loan. Now I was late with a few payments, but it was a nightmare! Would strongly" advise going elsewhere. Oh, and you can't even pay the loan off early to save on intrest.

  Been dealing with this company for long time now even when they where Springleaf & now One Main. Financial.Had plenty of loans & had no problems. These ladies at this office are friendly & very helpful.
