  Maria was very helpful during the process she took her time to make sure I got funded. She even got me funded over the asking price I was looking for. I highly recommend going to specific location to get the funds you need for whatever. Ask for Maria!!

  The customer service is horrible. I came in at 5:00pm the person in the front said they were not be able to help because they where about to close. I guess they did not want to work because they close at 5:30pm then a lady in the back advise it’s by appointment but if I wanted I cloud get a card. How are you going to tell me if I wanted your card when you didn’t even want to help? Horrible experience and will not refer anyone to this place.

  Very professional and helpful staff and manager. I was delivered as promised, communation was always clear. They were able to offer me a better rate and I was able to get some cash, exactly what I was looking for. Excellent experience at the Hialeah office.

  Very unprofessional establishment, the customer service is severely lacking and Juan seemed like he didn't even enjoy his job, like he's doing me a favor by doing HIS job. Overall displeased with the coverage and lack of transparency. Overall it's a loan office so you will need good credit or to use your car as collateral for the loan, which is understandable. They should be more detailed about this process.

  Customer service was very disappointing, Ilan seemed like he didn't like his job and wasn't much of a help. Although he apparently thought it would be ok to belittle me after he ran my credit he started making rude comments about some stuff that showed up. It was highly unprofessional and felt unsafe knowing he has my info, made me feel a bit creeped out but mostly now I'm constantly checking my credit to make sure he isn't doing anything shady. I would not recommend this place.
