  I have used One True Loan for all my real estate mortgage and refinancing for the last 15 years. They have been highly competitive with their rates, very transparent and professional. Their customer service and follow up has been excellent and very responsive! Dealing with Mo Mousa and Jess has been an absolute pleasure. They made what would normally be a stressful experience into a memorable one from a customer service perspective. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. A very well deserved five stars!

  I am all about ratings so that upcoming customers know what they are getting themselves into. We recently decided to refinance and as you all know there is so much to do and so much to know when considering a refinance. Most important, choosing a company with integrity and the best interest of the customer. One True Loan was exceptional to work with! Mo and Rebecca were both amazing and wonderful to work with! Their commitment and communication process made our refinance easy and smooth process from the beginning until the end!! We closed with no problems whatsoever and their rates remained true to their quote!! I would highly recommend them!!

  We were looking for low interest loan to buy a house in March 2022 and I was referred to One True Loan by a friend. Their website was not very encouraging. It could be updated to look a bit more modern. Once you get past the initial feel of the website, everything else is just amazing. I submitted a quote online and within hours I got a call from one of their reps, Christine. Christine is an absolute joy to work with. She's amazing at her job. Unlike other lenders and big banks, you don't get passed around from person to person. Christine was there throughout the entire process. We were bidding on home after home and the rates were changing by the hour and somehow she was able to get us pre-approval letters within a few hours! After one of many of our offers was accepted, Christine worked with me, my agent and the seller's agent to put together a plan to close in 17 days! This isn't normal, but One True Loan was willing to go above and beyond to help us get the house. I can't thank everyone at One True Loan enough for going out of their way and their normal business model just because one of their clients needed it. During the escrow process Christine introduced me to Joanne. You think there's no way there could be two awesome, experienced and pleasant people in the same company but you'd be wrong. Joanne was so great and so helpful. I would get daily, if not hourly updates. I know they are super busy but they make you feel like you're the most important client they have. I don't understand why anyone goes to other companies or banks for buying a home or for refining. They have the best rates, lowest closing costs and the best customer service I have ever seen. I can't say enough good things about One True Loan. Please update the website.

  When considering who to choose for your refinance or new home loan, there are a few very important factors: 1. The integrity of the company. 2. The overall true cost of the loan. 3. The ease to get the new loan. 4. The ease of communication and exchange of information. Our experience with One True Loan was exceptional. Mo and Christine made the process very easy, and did an excellent job in all aspects. The whole process, from start to finish exceeded all of our expectations. We strongly recommend One True Loan!

  Oh my goodness! OneTrueLoan.com is fantastic!!!!! We have gone through other loan places before, and OneTrueLoan.com is by FARRRRR the BEST, with LOW HOME LOAN RATES and SERVICE! If we need another loan, in the future, we will go with OneTrueLoan.com, for sure! They came through for us big time! Mo made our loan process go wonderfully. If there was a hiccup at all, and of course there always is, that comes with the territory, Mo Mousa fixed it before it was even an issue, right away!   I just closed on a refinancing twice already with One True Loan, Inc. and everything worked out as planned. The response is really fast and they will work with you till the end. Good Customer service and very responsive. Will recommend to anybody and I will go with them again in the future.

  I turned them down once just because my builder was giving more lender credit. But when I was in need of a refinance, I pulled their email address and contacted, just because my previous experience with them was satisfying (though I didn't end up considering them) Very professional and responsive, and never had any negative experience with them during my recent deal.   I got my home mortgage 3 years ago through Mo and One True Loan. Being a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect but I still took my chance because of the excellent reviews and the low rate offered. I was surprised how smooth the process was and then last month when I wanted to refinance, I again chose One True Loan because they offered the best rate and I knew how professional and efficient they are. Both Mo and Jessica were very prompt and knowledgeable and were able to help me close in less than a month. I highly recommend them.

  My family and I have worked on multiple residential refinancings with Mo and his team over the past 5+ years. We completed the last refi about a week ago. This refi was a significant challenge because I am self-employed and my income fell during the pandemic. Mo and his team were patient, professional, knowledgeable and highly competent, and we got the deal over the finish line. They communicated regularly and explained current and upcoming steps.
