  I went in and explained that I needed a certain type of laptop. The lady claimed to check and make sure the computer I picked out was what I needed. I bought the computer. I took it home and found out it was not the right one. I paid over $225 for it and ended up having to pay another $80 to upgrade the ram and for a battery. I had to wait over a week, for that to be delivered. Because she decided to lie to me, and cause me to have to pay extra money and wait even longer for what I needed.. I will NEVER shop there again!

  Stopped in and found several items i needed. Was able to negotiate a fair deal and was happy with my purchase. I deal with a lot of pawn and gun shops in the midsouth area and its very rare that i feel compelled to leave a rating for a business. In this case it was earned. Keep up the great customer service, ill be back soon.

  Son brought a product and it didnt work took it back to the location and they told him to clean it and if it wouldnt work they will send it back. So he did and it still didnt work. He took it back they told him to leave it so they could clean and check it out. He left the product there came back a few days later to pick it up they charged him 40 for cleaning and the product still didnt work. So I asked why did they charge 40 to clean it and its evidently a manufacturing error so the owner and his employee wanted to talk crazy like i wasnt there and dont know whats going on. So the conversation got heated so ileft to my car and the owner and employee come outside behind me wantes to gun play. So thats bad business and extremely poor customer service.
