  I have done both my personal banking and business banking with Fidelity for more than 25 years. They are like no other bank I know. They treat their customers like family and are always in support of everything going on in our community. I can not imagine using another bank. Fidelity is the best.

  Excellent customer service. They have gone above and beyond for us many times. My wife is paralyzed and has to have a wheelchair to get around. The bank has good parking, is easy for her to into and out of, and is easy for her to navigate inside. We have been covid banking through the drive through for years. They are alway happy to try and accommodate us. Thank you, Fidelity for all your years of excellent service!

  We love Fidelity Bank! We switched from a large national bank when we moved to the area, and we feel like we now have even more control of our banking experience (bigger is not always better). Not only that, this bank has values built on community and time and time again, they are out supporting our people, our businesses and our school systems. Love how much they’re giving back and feels good to be apart of that! We also appreciate their multiple locations so it’s convenient to swing by for ATMs and any of our general banking needs.
