  Look no further! One Nation Home Loans did EVERYTHING they promised including not only getting me the lowest rate for my home purchase but also notifying me that rates had moved down and then "floated"my rate lower. My loan Officer David Young was really in my corner and actually gave my Realestate agent suggestions on how to structure the deal to insure I received extra credits after the appraisal came in lower. 5 star service and will use them again and refer others!

  A company you can trust! I ran across One Nation Home Loans whole shopping for a mortgage on a new home purchase in Michigan. I must have talked with 5 different lenders as I was just getting quotes. Everyone I spoke to told me they could not generate a loan estimate until they had my full application, David Young with One Nation was the only one who sent to over immediately. Along with that some of the other lenders ran my credit when I told them not to as I was still shopping. David never played any games, gave me the lowest rate and was honest as I sent him another quote that I believed to be better but he quickly showed me where they were hiding the other fees. It's hard to find someone you can trust let alone get the best deal out there. Thank you David, will always come to you first!

  Excellent!! One Nation Home Loans has created an amazing team and I appreciate them! Sevan Apik was my Loan Officer for the purchase of an investment property in New Jersey and he and the team was on top of everything. They closed the loan in under 30 days and even when the appraisal came in low they were the first to reach out to my agent to coordinate a purchase price reduction. My real estate agent wanted me to use her guy but after they couldn't beat the rate or guarantee the short closing date we went with One Nation and everyone was suprised how quickly they handled everything. Sevan was ALWAYS available to talk and even gave me a free float down of my rate to 3.75% on a 15 year fixed, I didn't have to ask for it! Love working with them and will reach out in the future!

  Very professional and exceptional rates! David Young was my Loan Officer who really understands everything regarding Home Loans and qualifying. At one point in the process underwriting provided final conditions and one of those conditions Seemed a little extreme. David argued on my behalf and with his knowledge got the conditioned waived. Rates are amazing and the One Nation Home Loan team worked well together.

  Great service! Purchased a second home in Nevada and was having trouble getting financing because it was a condo hotel but One Nation Home Loans came through. Did a 30 year fixed and was able to get 4.875% with zero points. Loan closed quickly and I didn't pull my hair out during the process which was great! Thank you David and Maria, you are a great team! My value came in higher than expected so you will be hearing from me soon to pull some cash out and buy another!

  Thank you for the great work! Purchased in Santa Monica, CA and was refereed to One Nation Home Loans by my realtor who always uses them. I was suprised that she just told me to reach out to the company and no one in particular but she explained that they always have the lowest rate out there, she was right! I worked with Everardo Gonzales who was fantastic! I locked in at 4.75% on a 30 year fixed loan program with zero points! The loan was full approved in 4 days and the inky thing we waited on was the appraisal. Great job, super stress free! Thank you One Nation and Everardo, I will use you again!

  So happy with my experiance with One Nation Home Loans. We referred over to Wells Fargo to handle a home purchase in Ohio and before I pulled the trigger with them I found One Nation. My loan Officer Sevan not only beat the rate by a.25% but also waived all lenders fees! Closing was very quick and effortless. Great company with fanstic staff!

  Great Job guys!! Just completed my first home purchase in the Dallas TX area using One Nation Home Loans. My Loan Officer David Young was super knowledgeable and took care of everything. I locked in 3.625% with zero points on a 15 year fixed which was a .25% lower than quicken and also about $5000 less in fees. Thank you again guys!!!

  Completed 4 transactions with One Nation Home Loans and they come through every time! My last one was a cash our refinance on a 2nd home in Florida and we closed in under 20 days with an amazing rate on a 10 year fixed loan. Zero points and zero lenders fees as always. Deal with David Young, he's more of a friend and will watch out for you through the whole process.

  One Nation just completed the financing for the purchase of my primary residence in Maryland and I could not be happier with their work. My loan Officer David was on top of everything and stayed on top of everyone else to make sure they did there job. After working with David Young for 60 days or so (we had a long escrow) I consider him a friend and someone I can trust. I initially locked in at 5.00% on a 30 year fixed and the market kept improving and David kept floating down my rate! I didn't even ask, he would just send me a congratulations email. I ended up at 4.625% with zero points and zero lenders fees...killer deal! I will use David again and refer family and friends to One Natio Home Loans!
