  Leon and team are absolutely awesome. We had been trying for a number of months to refinance our primary residence. Our situation was unique and a number of other lenders and brokers were unable to get anything done. Leon asked questions other lenders did not and found the mortgage product that matched our situation. The process and communication from the Lending Place was great.   Owner of Lending place, Leon is a thorough professional. He provided very valuable guidance to us when we were having some delays with another lender on closing a loan. He pointed out exactly what needs to be done and even went forward with a conditional pre-approval with PNC in record time. We would love to work with him in future.   My wife and I used "Lending place" to recieved our first mortgage. We had a lot of questions along the way and Leon answered each one knowledgably and patiently. We ended up having to move unexpectedly frequently and Leon’s team took it in stride.

  I actually did 90% of our Refi on my cell with Leon. Every questioned was answered and he offered us 3 different deals regarding interest and points. All in all we are very satisfied as Leon and Team beat our previous lender and got us the best deal out there. RnR!

  I needed a loan that was difficult to obtain, since it was to be secured on a single family home that I rented to tenants and did not live in myself. Previously, lenders rejected the loan since it was "outside the box" that they had to work within. The LendingPlace offered me several options and had the resources to find a lender that would funds. I needed the funds for a construction project and this loan was a life saver. They came through for me!
