  I've just updated my review but will leave my original complaint. I still am a member and happy with some of their services. Problems with their Visa credit card are not easily resolved. I also had my debit card eaten by the outside cash machine, but they only open it once a week, so had to wait for nearly a week to get my card back. I like the gal at the drive-thru as she is always friendly when I go through with my paycheck. Loan rates are good for auto loans.

  Hard to get to the bank ever because they have stupid hours and closed on Saturdays, poor service and additudes when you try to call or talk to the employees, hard to set up and use their mobile banking, after 10 years of banking with them I think I have finally decided enough is enough and I am going to switch banks. They used to be one of the best banks until the recent years!

  1970 called and it wants it’s banking policies back! A financial institution actually exists in this day and age that doesn’t permit ATM deposits? Completely asinine! Throw in the “for people who don’t work” hours of operation and you have another credit union that won’t last.

  Absolutely terrible bank. Use Any other Bank in town instead. I have had my identity stolen twice in this Bank in 3 years and now they are trying to steal money from me because their online banking system is massively outdated. No 24-hour help long periods of closure over holidays and if you do get your identity stolen it takes two weeks for you to be able to use the bank again

  This is the worst possible legal bank you could ever use. They shut your card off for no reason and they are never open when they say they are.
