  Omniscient Real Estate Finance is the best mortgage company I have ever encountered. They listened to my goals and came up with a plan that exceeded our expectations. Atiba answered the phone late night, early early morning and always on the weekend. We wished we would have met Atiba of Omniscient real estate finance years ago. We closed in 17 days from beginning to end. Prior to being referred to Omniscient we shopped with other companies who did not pay attention to the detail.   This was my first time purchasing a house and Atiba made the lending process easy for me. As a millennial, I appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to communicate via multiple channels (text, email, phone) ! Had I had to always email or call, I would have missed a lot and the processes would have taken a lot longer, I am sure.   A few pivotal changes occurred career-wise early this summer which resulted in deciding to move last minute. The beginning of our home search was full of let downs, not only due to my below average credit but also because of people claiming to work with my score range without actually doing so, even as a veteran with the VA mortgage entitlement. I then decided we would just start over in Alabama and that is what we were packing and planning to do. In Gods timing, I ran into Atiba and was told the same things the other companies said, companies such as the so called industry leaders like Veterans United and Navy Federal. The difference now- that day I had a pre approval letter and a checklist from Atiba of Omniscient. I printed it and surprised my wife with it because we wouldn’t have to move out of state anymore. She immediately sent it with an offer on our dream home, the one we can call our forever home, the house we now live in. Atiba and Omniscient were so involved with the process, and also in such a timely manner, that we sometimes forgot we had an actual realtor to do these things. If Atiba tells you he can work with you, it’s because he’s pre verified the info and numbers in order to tell you yes. My family greatly appreciates Atiba Thompson of Omniscient because just a couple months ago we were reluctantly planning a quick road trip to Alabama to start over, and now we are continuing on with our original plan except from in a place we love to call home.

  Atiba was God sent. When I was ready to give up, he encouraged me to hang in there. When I have problems getting paperwork for my job he did it for me. I appreciate the exceptional Job at explaining and touching base with me throughout the process of refinancing my home.   I have had the opportunity to work twice with Atiba, he was always informative and kept me up to date on anything I needed or next steps. He reached out to me when he saw the interest rates were lowered and thought I could save additional money on my mortgage. It was very important with me to go with someone who treated me like an individual and always looked after my best interests. And he did just that! I refinanced and will be saving additional money each month. I would have never have known it was an opportunity, if he didn’t reach out first. That is awesome service and I would recommend working with him. He is always looking out for his customer’s needs and will make sure you understand every step of the process.
