  Omni is a great credit union. They monitor accounts and text if they have a question on charges not normal for my account. I can earn cash depending on my account balance and I can deposit checks from any where with mobile banking. Highly recommend this place to do your banking or if you need a loan.

  I've been a customer for over 20 years. Yesterday was the worst treatment I receive. Called to ask a question about Omni App. They were busy so I accept the call back. Stephanie call me back and before I got done with my question she hung up on me. I say hung up because she didn't call me back. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I have took most of money to another bank and left a little in Omni for awhile because of this treatment. Ready to bank with someone else!

  Love Omni... hate the service I get every time I go in. This time I was called a liar while trying to cash my stimulus check. Until the manager came up and told them it was in fact a stimulus check 😬... the girls in there are so rude.

  Omni has always been there for me. I enjoy going into that branch and see everyone's smiling faces. Everyone in the front always welcome me and when you go there enough, they start to learn your name and say hi to you on a first name bases! I've been a member for many years and couldn't see myself banking any other place. Love Omni so much!

  Just joined, so far so good.. Very pleasant and very helpful... We shall see.. I believe I’m going to love this banking, my other Credit Union was sooooo slow, it was like come on people, who cares who your going out to dinner with tonight,, lol!

  Terrible hours. What bank is only open for "Bankers" hours anymore? You cannot get to your bank to take care of business because you have to work the only time they're open. Get with the times. Also, all employees are notaries of the public, yet they only extend that service to members. Other banks just charge a small fee. And their wait times at the window or inside are really long because they do not have enough staff to operate efficiently.
