  Such a wonderful experience buying a vehicle here! My boyfriend saw a listing for a red 1999 Mazda Miata at this location so we drove all the from Marysville to take a look at the car. We ended up arriving a little bit before closing time @ 6 PM on a Sunday but the crew was very understanding. They were especially accommodating and let us stay past closing. A huge thank you and shout to Tom Helms! He got us a great deal on the Miata and was very patient with us. We left very happy and felt very content with the overall experience. If you come here, ask for Tom and he will take great care of you! Will definitely be coming back here to conduct future business. Thank you Olympia Mazda!

  If you are thinking of buying or leasing a vehicle, please GO TO OLYMPIA MAZDA!! And ask for TOMMY MAZDA! He is the best... and he has about 30 trophies of salesman of the month to prove it. Honestly, everyone here is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to get me the BEST DEAL (and I shopped around at 3-5 other Mazda dealerships.. so it was the best deal). They stayed super late making sure I got everything taken care of, and they were always available for any questions or concerns I had. By the way, I don't even live in Olympia. I live in Yakima wa, yet drove all the way out yet here to lease this car!! Thank you again for everything Mazda Olympia!!! You guys are amazing!!

  Jeff Kollmer, Internet Sales Manager, provided the best purchasing experience I've yet experienced in buying a car over the last 45+ years. No pressure, helpful, friendly, and most importantly to me - KNEW everything about the car! Not like some dealerships that hire people who have to look online to answer your questions while you stand there thinking you could have done the same thing! The 'road trip' he took me on to show me what my new Miata could do was memorable! :) Equally important, I felt like I could trust him when we started negotiating a price I felt was fair. (Believe it or not, I came to the dealership to pick up plates for my daughters new, used Mazda 3, with NO intentions of buying a car!) Also, the 'after purchase' care - answering my many questions (hadn't driven a stick for over 35 years!) was impressively kind. Jeff didn't make me feel stupid and was very patient - didn't just give me a brush-off answer but took the time to show me. Finally, I discovered a very tiny chip and light scratch in the paint. Jeff and Lance both promised to take care of it and I'm now waiting to schedule the appointment for the repair. Thanks Jeff (and Lance!) I know I'm going to love driving my new Miata!

  Tom Helms was the perfect salesman for us. He knew his product, did not pressure us, was honest making all transactions smooth and understandable. We love our Mazda CX-5. We tried 5 other brands and this car was at the top of our list. I would definitely refer my friends to Tom at this dealership and this car.

  Just drove 230 miles to Olympia Mazda to purchase a Mazda 3 Manual 6. Atila worked with me from the start, scheduling test drive of the 3 and a CX-30. Things were pretty low key, much due to Covid. Got pretty good deal considering this model and int/ext color combo wasn't available anywhere else within 800+ miles. Atila was patient with me (I'm a processor so I take time). Finance guy (sorry I forgot your name) was pretty cool - longtime self-proclaimed car nerd. Got me a great loan rate, explained things well without high pressuring, giving me time to make decisions. Absolutely LOVE the car. I'm a life-long Toyota buyer/owner (33 years). I test drove a Toyota manual 6 corolla (my first choice at the time) and it doesn't hold a candle to Mazda 3 manual on any level. BUT, a few things dropped 5 stars to 4 stars. 1. I don't care whether there's Covid or not. The sales manager should make some effort to at least say hello or goodbye or thank you, even from 20 feet across the room. We were the only customer in the building at the time - certainly not too busy. I didn't even buy the Corolla I test drove at Toyota and that sales manager spent 30 minutes with us talking cars (no pressure - he was just a lover of cars and we shared stories about the cars we've owned). Honestly, Atila didn't "sell" the car to us. I researched for days, came in, test drove, and the car sold itself. If the Corolla and Mazda were closer in quality, I would have walked out and been back at Toyota buying the car only because of the difference in sales managers. Shame on the Mazda sales manager. Might be one reason why it was so quiet on their lot. 2. After the sales, Atila told us they couldn't show us ANYTHING about the car (how to operate anything, review features, etc) because of Covid. Sorry, but he sat across his desk from me as did the finance guy, both inside the building, so he could stand 6 feet away from me outside the building and talk me through it. He did promise he would send a bunch of video links that would help me work through all the details (I think the manual has 400 pages) but 36 hours later I haven't seen anything. The manual was a really bad read. By page 250 the plot line had lost me. 3. I called Atila today (the day after the sale) after I discovered the car had no nav system. Initially he said it didn't come with it. I'm not sure what (if anything) to read into that. He should know his Mazdas better than that. Was he hoping I didn't know from all my researching that all Premium level Mazda 3's have Nav per Mazda's website? I had to explain this to him. If I hadn't done my homework I may have ended up paying for it. Suddenly my Nav chip was found at the dealership. Still scratching my head on this one. 4. They took the car to clean it before I drove 230 miles home. They obviously didn't clean the inside of the windshield as it had a film that made visibility interesting when the sun hit it. Thankfully the sun sinks in the west. Bottom line, based on my past experience, Atila was an above average sales person, finance guy was top notch, the non-existent sales manager was a bust, and Olympia Mazda in general needs to pay more attention to details if they really want happy repeat customers (and 5 stars).

  I worked with Chris Paudler, he was friendly and very easy to work with. I am a tall person and spent several weekends sitting in different vehicles to see what was comfortable. During this time Chris was responsive and not pushy. Mazda of Olympia made a fair deal with me on the used car I ended up buying and on the vehicle I traded in. Everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful and I never felt pressured into buying, either a car or any of the additional warranties or insurances offered during the buying process. My wife and I had a great experience here.
