      I recently opened a new bank account with old second. My entire experience has been pleasant because of my banker, Victor!!! Since the first day I walked in, he has been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. I have been back to see him three other times and each time, he goes above and beyond my expectations. Upon leaving, I feel informed and appreciated as a customer. Victor always offers for you to call him if you have any questions and really just wants to help. I appreciate him so much, he’s provided the best service that I’ve ever experienced at a bank! I recommend this bank.

      I had an amazing experience at the Old second on countryside in Yorkville! MaryLou gave me an excellent recommendation for opening up a business account. Samantha helped me set up the account and pointed me in the right direction for proper documentation for the business and helped pinpoint exactly what we needed. Meanwhile, I spoke to some other employees at the branch and they were all very friendly and professional! Great job!!!!

      Gone here for years as I have USAA and they're compatible to transfer funds but today some clerk, a blonde woman, kind of acted snobby while saying I couldn't exchange some 20s I got from the atm and went straight to the window with asking to turn them into 100s. Whoever this woman is, she's the only one I've ran into this issue(?) with. I don't want to get an account just to trade paper from their unit to other paper from their unit inside...
