  Terrible bank. Do not do business here. If you close your account they will secretly open it without notice. We even had receipts to show them we closed the account and we needed to get legal help to stop this nonsense!! Go somewhere else! Associate Bank and Nicolete Bank much better places!

  Refused to cash my Veterans Homes for Hero’s check that was drawn from their bank. Not friendly not helpful and very bizarre anti vet experience.

  Always polite, and always try to help as fast as possible. I struggle with social anxiety and these people are always so patient with me.

  I had some issues with Old National Bank locations here in the Madison area which resulted in numerous overdraft fees. Since I opened my account in Stevens Point I needed to call them to address the issue. They took care of all the fees and were very friendly. This snowballed into another issue when I tried to redeposit my checks. When I called back I spoke to an assistant manager named Amber. They were proactively removing the overdraft fees since the previous day. This bank should be the shining example of all of Old National Bank

  My direct deposit is posted immediately Friday morning, and I can't access my money until Saturday. I thought it had cleared, made 4 purchases that took me 53 dollars into my pending available money. It was 4 small puchases... cost me almost $160 in fees. I hate this bank.
