  I had a great experience with the staff at this branch. All of the staff were helpful and positive. They were able to help me quickly with an urgent matter and I was able to go on my way within minutes. I would highly recommend stopping into this branch for a positive banking experience.

  Never had a problem with the local branch, however the corp. level of this bank is terrible. A mortgage is very common and easy for any bank, however when you try to pay any additional against the principal, they are are a comedy of errors. Any existing customers: take your banking business elsewhere; potential new customers: look anywhere else! Is this canned response a joke! I've been on the phone, in the bank, and exchanged emails with customer service and managers numerous times, and the result has been the same mistakes being repeated and new ones occurring. I see the only way to eliminate the mistakes is to pay off my mortgage as quickly as possible.

  Takes them more than 2 weeks to process a bill pay I sent them, even though it's a five day guarantee delivery. Then they charge me a late fee and blame there postal service. I started paying earlier and see consistent 2+ week process times. Horrible customer service. Glad I'm paying off the existing loan they took over and never will deal with them again.

  Very upset with this bank never had to deal with banks does not charge when your account is negative but you catch it on the same day and this bank DOES charge you if your a minute after they post the negative and you transfer money from one account to the other, they charge 35.00 for less than $5.00. I stay with them because of my husband he does not like the change. I will never recommend this bank find something better and another thing they don't have branches cloes to you.

  Very poor customer service: They put you through 45 minutes of asking 16 personal answers and still refuse to believe you are you, and then transfer you to online managers who could have told you to begin with to call an automated line. It is unconscionable to unnecessarily usurp so much customer time. I do not recommend this bank at this time.

  Great banking firm but by far the worst location in the Milwaukee area. Rude, unhelpful, incompetent tellers. Save your self the problems and the headache by going to literally any other branch location.

  Very friendly and professional branch. I have been with them since they took over Anchor Bank and have never had any issues. I would definitely recommend them
