James Hall5Fantastic location! Great staff who are always friendly. Also and accommodating notary when needed. Much better than BMO Harris or Huntington in Broadripple!

jeff lobsiger5I have been use the College Avenue branch for several years. Can't say enough great things about this financial institution. They offer creative solutions for my financial needs and I always leave satisfied with any transactions that may have been made. It's also nice to walk in and be greeted by your first name.

John Blake3I got my ATM card stuck in the machine. I asked if there were pliers inside so I could use them because I knew the card was steel. Some employee walked off with an attitude and said "I have to call the back office". 🤷🏿♂️ Then they came back and asked ME if I had pliers after I had to wait like 10 minutes. 🤣 The dude that brought out pliers from inside got my card out in 30 seconds. He was cool, give that man a raise. 🤑🤣
Response from the ownerHi John, thank you for sharing a review. We're glad the situation was able to be resolved.

Rod Crossland5I love using a regional owned bank rather than one of the huge conglomerates. The Broad Ripple branch is full of friendly helpful people. Old National has my highest recommendations.
Response from the ownerThank you for taking time to share a review. We will be sure to share this with our team.

Harrison St. Clair1Customer Service is not a priority with this branch. I had a new debit card get lost in mail. I went to this branch and they order me another card which after 2weeks it never made it to my house either. I called several times to see where it was, and all they could say is it was send out in the mail. The 3rd card was mailed to this branch. I picked up, and Moony told me just to call customer to activate and set up my pin on my card. The process had already been a nightmare due o not having debit card access to my account for over a month, but Moony did not take the extra few minutes to set up my card for me. She and her coworkers were more concerned about their lunch plans. I called to activate my card through the automated system, but I was told me zip code was wrong. I talked with 2 customer services representatives who both could not help me with my pin set up, even though I'd dialed the correct number listed on my paperwork. I was told I had to call the main customer service number. I called and again was asked for my zip code, and now the gentleman stated that was not what they had on file. He asked me for my last transaction amount and loacation. I stated it had been in the middle of May, but I had no idea for how much or where. He stated I would have to go to a branch to set it up, and when I told him I had just left a branch, he was confused as to why they hadn't activated it for me. After going through, my entire process. He stated because the card was shipped to the branch the zip code on file with visa has been changed to the branch's. I was on the phone for over 15 minutes trying to get my card activated and set up my pin, but it would have taken less than 5 minutes to set up in the branch. After losing two cards in the mail, and not having access to my account for over a month, I would have thought they would want to make things easier for me. Customer Service is not a priority with this branch.

BRAD H SR (BHHsr)2Back in the 80's, 90's... this was a good bank, based out of Evansville. Now's it's probably more greedy than National City used to be (PNC).
