Nelson Orpurt114 locations across Indiana in 7 cities? Really? Westfield, Avon, Greenwood, fishers, Carmel. Indy and Noblesville.. You're not across Indiana. You're in Indy. Thank God I'm not a member here. However my daughter in law got a loan for her vehicle through y'all. I can imagine her frustration trying to make a payment from Evansville. All she is getting is the run around...

A Elcesser54.5 Stars (Rounded Up). I have had a great experience with Forum Credit Union. They have competitive rates and great customer service. I haven't banked with them for very long (almost a year now), but I have enjoyed the service and the money management. The people remember me even though I don't go very often and are always helpful and friendly. The online service is easy to use. I deducted .5 star because I had a problem with receiving rewards at one point and dealing with messaging customer service people was frustrating, but eventually it was remedied. Thank you and keep it up!

Richard Wu5Been with Forum for 4 years or so now and I can say that I have not had a single bad interaction or issue with them. They have been reliable and friendly whenever I bring a concern or needed anything. If I were to nit pick I would only say that the design of their debit cards are atrocious. As a graphic designer it just annoys me to look at my card. But hey that’s my issue, not Forum’s, and hardly something most people will even care about.

Darrin Newton1Piss poor management here. It is Friday of July 4th weekend, all hours online and posted at the branch say open until 6 pm. I pull up at 5:15 after work and doors & drive thru are both closed. The manager comes to the door because I would not walk away and said they closed to update their computer systems. So, closing an hour early, before most people are off of work, without any warning, on payday of a holiday weekend is the best time to do that? Absolutely not. I will certainly be taking this up with the corporate office.

andrew jones1This place needs a drive thru for DEPOSITS only! The line is slow as possible because someone always seems to be doing all their banking through the drive through. This is supposed to be efficient! Deposits only!

God's Little Princess5Sometimes the drive thru is backed up BUT that's because I'm too lazy to go inside. Besides that, I always receive awesome customer service. Keep it up Forum!

Jordan Canull1This is absolutely the worst bank I've ever had. Tried to switch to a local credit union bank away from the big Banks and it's been a nightmare.
