  It took 6 months to get a three page document from this company. We were promised the document over 5 times and it was never produced as promised. After 6 months, 18 phone calls and multiple emails, I finally received my documents.

  I have nothing but good things to say about this company! Melanie and Sunson went above and beyond for us. Our lender waited hours to send the closing package and thus we wouldn't have been able to close on time with the contract if it wasn't for them willing to wait almost 2 hours past store closing for the package to be recieved so we could sign THAT day. Words can not express my gratitude for their patience and understanding especially with this being our first home purchase. I HIGHLY recommend their service and they deserve all the praise!

  Okee - Tantie title - was a great title company. I couldn’t of asked for a better person to work with in regards to the title company. Colten Endicott was not only professional in every way. He was very polite and easily accessible. His communication with me was never delayed. He answered the phone every time I called and if he couldn’t he called me back immediately. He was also assertive when we needed something completed he was on top of the deal the whole way. He was extremely easy to work with and I definitely will be using him again soon.

  No clear communication. I was told my form would take a week to prepare. I waited 3 weeks to be told rudely to go find an attorney after simply calling to check on the status. Horrible service.
