Pablo Santiago5Ive been with this bank since it took over Sun Bank. The reason is the staff. Alejandra Torres, Tracy, Maria, Arnesha, Kelly, Raina and many more staff that I forgot or don’t know they’re names. No Matter, they always remember mine. Awesome bank overall. Don’t change a thing. I feel like a VIP when I arrive. Great work! God Bless.

Mike Smith1Terrible bank experience. Came into open new account. Branch manager was extremely rude . Told me she would have to investigate me on the computer first like I was a criminal. I went to pnc bank and was treated with respect and had a lovely experience. Do not bank here. They profile people !

Estefany T.1This new staff is horrible they’re extremely rude. I came on Saturday manager told me she could not help me because she does not enough authority. Came back month later the lady in the front desk. I believe her name is Veronica told me to move back when I was in line didn’t say Hi how are you just yelled move. I been thinking about closing my account because how extremely condescending they act on top of all that you can’t do deposit through the ATM. I don’t understand why they act this way even though the drive thru I’m basically out the door.

Tony Nelson5I’ve been with OceanFirst since they were Cape Bank on Pacific Avenue in Atlantic City. Everybody there was so nice all the time. Keisha has always been there for me when I had a problem whether it was small or big. Her and her staff always answered questions fully completely and honestly while being very informative to my situation. I can’t see you having another Bank of any branch other than where Keisha and coworkers work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sonyha Duenas1I had to go back to my car because my ID’s didn’t have my current name. There was three floor representatives and only one seemed to be working at the time. Waited about 10 minutes for assistance prior to being called and another 6 once I got back. To be told after waiting that they require a Nj state ID. I could have been told that from the start. I took my business to Wells Fargo, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE might I add... wait was 2 minutes and 8 minutes later I was done. Great service.

Ke'shia Williams5All staff are very nice and professional. I get acknowledged every time I come in the door by people sitting at the desk. All transactions are quick and smooth. OceanFirst Atlantic City is excellent!

alex lyon1Walked in to open up an account, and was told to wait before I could finish my sentence, there were 4 people at their desks doing nothing, talking to each outher. After waiting ten minutes for them to finish their conversation a lady sat me down and asked "so what do you want" I told her I would like to open up an account and she asked what kind, not knowing exactly I started to explain what I needed, at no time did she step in to help me figure out what kind of account I needed. Finally I said that I saw online that I could open one for $25 which was all I brought with me, right away she said it was $50 which I'm not sure was even true as she started shoeing me out the door.
