Grazyna Majewski1After being a customer for over 20 years, I was very disappointed today in the way I was treated when I needed service that was very important to me. Thank you for your response. I appreciate it. This situation would be all avoided if I was told from the beginning that it cannot be done. Instead, I was waiting two days for somebody to call me back. I then decided to call OceanFirst Bank’s main number and somebody told me that it is up to the branch’s discretion to order the new money.

We set a high standard for ourselves and we are truly sorry to hear you did not have a positive interaction with us. I wish I could provide you with the $25 strap of new ones, but we are unable to receive them from the Federal Reserve. I did look into our ones we have on hand, and they are not new and crisp, they are quite old and wrinkled and our smallest strap denomination is $50. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, we'd greatly appreciate the opportunity to improve your future experiences with us.

The staff give clear and understandable instructions, responding as quickly as possible, and go over and beyond to keep its customer's happy. They also have a well-equipped contact center that offers a wide variety of products and services to fit my personal and professional needs.

Colleen Dennis5I had the most amazing experience with Ocean First Bank in Millville on Friday night. It was 6 minutes before closing and I needed to increase my limit on my debit card to make a larger then normal purchase. I spoke with Sue and she immediately took care of my situation. The service was outstanding!!! Thank you Sue!!

Dorthy Conti5I LOVE MY BANK IVE BEEN WITH OCEAN FIRST WHEN IT WAS SUN BANK N THEY KEPT THE STAFF I LOVE SUE HOFFMAN AND LYNNWOOD N LISA THESE ARE THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT ARE MORE LIKE FRIENDS AND I TRUST THEM WITH MY FINANCIAL NEEDS. I READ SOME PEOPLE SAYING THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL I SAY THE OPPOSITE. I NOT ONLY GET PROFESSIONAL HELP BUT THE STAFF ISN'T SNOBBISH THEY DONT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A NUMBER. I RATHER HAVE FRIENDLY SLOW SERVICE WITH PEOPLE WHO CARE, THEN GO TO A STUFFY BANK WHERE BANKS ARE TOO FAST MAKE MUSTAKES AND DONT REMEMBER MY NAME. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THE OCEAN FIRST MILLVILLE BRANCH OVER ALL OTHER BRANCHES N BANKS

Melissa4New building is nice. The staff is friendly. Give them a break on Saturdays as they don't have a lot of staff working so be patient!
