      I drive out of my way to come to this location. In addition to being a great smaller chain bank, I love the personalities of all the staff. One of the managers Mary is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in customer service. She really cares about her customers. Would highly recommend.

      Always such a positive experience at Oceanfirst Bank Mays Landing branch. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and always have time and patience when it comes to my banking needs. Although Mays Landing is not considered my home branch, I only go to that location. I have had no banking issues with the current pandemic, and the bank's handling of serving customers duting this time remains top notch. My bank for life!

      I just stopped by to deposit my son's scholarship check into his account (which I'm authorized to do so) and I didn't appreciate the process taking 15 to 20 minutes!! Didn't receive any explanations to what the hold up was until I pressed the "call button" 10 minutes into the transaction. The explanation didn't even come from the person depositing the check! Very unprofessional, I'm never treated this way at the branch in Atlantic City!

      Crystal is always very helpful and kind. Never had a bank where I knew an employee’s name and felt friendly with. The rest of the staff is nice also. Good place to handle banking!

      My husband and I had an issue and Mary Fischer did a fantastic job taking care of us. She was very professional and sensitive to our worries. She made sure that we were taken care of and we left the bank feeling secure. Thank you so very much.

      This bank has been nothing but headaches since switching to them. I will be leaving them shortly. Update: I was contacted by a representative and she apologized for the inconveniences I have been experiencing. I'm very happy with the conversation we had, so I'll stick around with them.

      Terrible hours. They open when I'm already at work and close an hour before I'm done work. As soon as they took over for Cape Bank, which I had no problems with, Ocean first Immediately began charging me fees. As soon as I get a day off, I'm moving my 3 accounts out of there. Their 1 big late night is 6pm, that's a joke in and of itself. This bank doesn't value hardworking people. They only value people with bankers hours. I will report them to the division of banking and insurance if they don't return the fees they stole as a result of them no having hours to accommodate those who work 40+ hours a week.

      Stopped in to cash a check and had a few questions while I was there. Teller was super friendly and helpful! Branch looked clean and Covid precautions being followed. Very good experience!
