  Nice people but not a great credit union, they require you to have a member number that is used maybe once or twice a year, so very difficult to remember and seems unnecessary.

  Do not recommend them. Half the time they lie to you and they refuse to do their job. They can't even send a title to the correct address. Please save yourself a headache and choose a different bank. One that cares about their members and won't lie to you on a daily basis.

  One of the best, if not THE best, credit unions in Oregon. Outstanding service and rates all around. Great member benefits. This one is my nearest branch to home.

  I like that I was able to talk to a live person regarding my account. In a recent mix-up with the local utility, my check was sent to the wrong address. After several weeks when it was not returned or deposited, I called OCCU to cancel the check. I don't know if it was because of the specific circumstances, but they did not charge me a stop-payment fee. Bless them!

  Usually really nice customer service. Sometimes it gets busy but they usually have a lot of tellers available so lines move quickly.

  Rather break my leg again then deal with this bank ever again. Happy I'm closing my account and will be going with selco better rates and they care about you..

  I didn't pick OCCU when I financed my vehicle, the dealership did. But, so far, they have been a pleasure to speak with. They have always been happy to answer my questions. I also just received a phone call from them, it was to sell me something but that was a side note, the gentleman I spoke with was quick to change the subject to make sure I was satisfied with OCCU once I told him I wasn't interested in the additional coverage. No push to sell, just took my "no" and quickly moved on to customer service.
