  Been a member since I was 13. Never had much trouble with them, but the services they offer are limited. For instance, OCCU cannot handle processing US Savings Bonds. It's really annoying that I need to be a member of a federal bank to do this.

  Tried to open a bank account a couple days ago. Staff was rude and gave me little to no info on what I needed. Came back today to get it started. Staff was rude again to the point were I just left and went down the street. Very happy I dodged that bullet.

  Called to pay off a loan. 49 callers ahead of me, on hold 18 minutes...so far. Why would anyone choose to bank with these guys?

  I used to be able to call each branch individually and get help immediately. Now they all have one number and it takes 20 minutes of loud, horrible elevator music before they answer. I could have driven down there faster.

  TERRIBLE customer service. Super rude. I can never have my questions answered. They never address my concerns. Today specifically I talked with Juanita from card services.

  I have been banking at OCCU for 15 years or more, all the way back to when it was U Lane O. They have always treated me well and helped with anything I needed. My main branch is W11th. I really appreciate the Covid protocols they have enacted, it makes me feel like they "get it". The customer service is friendly and competent. I have recommended this bank to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. I also have my auto loan through them and I have shopped it a few times only to realize that I already have a better rate than others can offer. 10/10.

  The banker who helped setup my account was really funny and helpful. Also, OCCU, let's you create an account with as little as $5 and there's no annual fee!

  Sadie at this location is AMAZING!!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely recommend this location!
