  I told Richard that I was moving before he initiated an ap for a loan and before he ran my credit. He even wrote it on the ap. This was the very first piece of information that was given to him. When he processed the application, he told me that they cannot assist me because they service locally only and they dont have means for me to pay over the phone or on the internet. He could have saved me time because he knew the answer beforehand. When I brought this to his attention, he said he didn't know I was moving. He is a confused individual! How can he claim to not know something when he a. wrote it on ap and b. explained to me that since I'm moving, the company cant help? I don't know why he felt the need to run my application when I was disqualified from the start. Perhaps he is just noisey. Running a person's credit can bring their score down and time is valuable, something he can care less about.

  The new staff is very rude and unprofessional. I will no longer do any business here or recommend anyone else

  Not Friendly at all. Will not return calls after application process. No wonder they advertise so much.
