  This bank by far has the worst customer service and phone etiquette ever… I called for service and got hung up on in addition to a noisy background, then when I called back another rep answered and gave nothing but attitude and questioned why I’d be calling about this particular transaction… This staff needs to be trained on customer service and phone etiquette…

  I use it as a savings straight from my paycheck, not as my primary bank. Great for what I need; a savings I can't access unless I physically go to the branches.

  By far the WORST credit union in existence! They extended their hours by 1/2 an hour and expected it's members to go paint the town red! Just close ALREADY.......FOR GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

  Constantly having issues from debit card hacking to randomly shutting down my debit card. The customer service has been good at least.

  Really great customer service and great federal credit union, always on time and always ready to offer help, great place to keep my balances in check

  This bank always has problems i can never get no one after hours when there automated system does not work....and thats all the time....
