Rebekah Jones2I closed my accounts due to dwindling hours of operation, high staff turnover, a barage of mistakes that require me to constantly come in and ask for fixes to problems the staff created, and unneccessary fees that other banks and credit unions do not charge. Most of these problems began after Denali merged with NuVision. The app is functional and the staff are friendly, tho incompetent, thus 2 stars instead of 1.

We have, indeed, reduced branch hours after a careful review of our branch usage – we’ve found the branches needed a reorganization of operating hours as we had greatly reduced business in the times we cut back at the branches. It’s important that we pay close attention to our operational costs; as a member-owned financial institution, we want to provide the most effective service for the cost. We have done a lot of work to increase our presence through non-branch channels to build more secure, 24/7 account access for members: ATMs and Live Teller Connect machines (deposits, withdrawals and other transactions), online and mobile banking (payments, transfers and many other transactions), and our Call Center (all transactions you can conduct at a branch, other than a physical withdrawal or deposit). The Call Center, at 800-444-6327 is open extended hours for your convenience…from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Pacific time) Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Pacific) on Saturday. We would certainly like to hear of any issues you have with mistakes made in transactions; with your help/input, we can develop better training of the front-line staff to reduce these errors. Please contact our Call Center with any specific details so we can work on improving our transactional process. We want to retain your business, and that of our other members – please let us know what we can do to improve our level of service.

A.G. Coco4Long wait times. No assistance with mobile app/ web trouble. Turned away by teller because they did not know how to help. Edit: inaccessible. Closed often. Edit: Much improved! Tellers are prompt, friendly and helpful!

Seini Tupou1Disappointed in making such a low review because we never had any issues up until the beginning of the year. We have been trying now for the 2 months to get set up for automatic payments for our auto loan. Last month my husband paid a visit to the bank 3 times in a day trying to figure it all out. We filled out the appropriate form and provided a "VOIDED" check to the loan officer Karla Acosta IN office. She assured him that it was all taken care of and that our automatic payments would start this month. Well unfortunately it was NOT taken care of. After talking to Karla and asking her where the mix up was, she accused us of putting the wrong account information oN the form, and that we did not provide the "voided" check. My husband tried to inform her that he indeed did provide a voided check and that the account number was fixed after the 3rd time he had to go back to the bank last month! We asked if she had the original documents, to which she replied "I have to go back to my email and look through!" Then proceeded to ask him if he could come back to the bank AGAIN to fill out the form AGAIN and provide her with ANOTHER voided check! Why are forms and checks being misplaced? It just seems very disorganized. It has been such a pain and a headache dealing with something so simple like an automatic payment set up!

Ru “RUtech” Te1Yeah "customer service" is a joke and they do bleed there "member" dry every which way to Sunday! I've been a member for over 2 decades and it's gone worse and worse thru out the years. Watch out for the hidden "fees" and shady practices they like to do(lock your account all because I was going thru a hard time and was past due on my CC and they knwi that and when I finally got paid I couldn't even transfer from my checking to that CC to pay the bill, they changed me a late fee because they wouldn't allow me to transfer a payment note I can withdraw any cash from my other accounts, so they are hold my checking account hostage till the card is paid off, great customer/blood bag service). I'm going to another bank here today the last straw was pulled today.
