  VERY VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK ! And I don’t say that lightly either ! Went in expecting to spend a half hour on getting things taken care of with my Car loan (as a new car owner) , but the gentleman named “Brad” had helped me in under 10 minutes! VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT! WITH MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO ENJOY THE REST OF MY LUNCH BREAK! ! ! YOU ROCK BRAD! Thank you! I’m glad I chose Numerical Credit Union as a Financial Bank!

  DO NOT USE NUMERICA. I’m not even talking about this branch I mean the company on general. They updated their mobile app on a weekend, when nobody would be able to get customer service. Then, everyone, and I mean everyone, had to RECREATE their mobile accounts. They did not transfer them over to the new system at all. On top of that, we had to figure that out by GOING TO A BRANCH BECAUSE NOBODY WAS ANSWERING THE PHONES. This company left all their customers in the dark. Their new interface has crashed my phone twice on top of all that. Absolutely garbage

  Your online banking is an absolute joke...! My wife for a year has never been able to open her account online ... I continue to have issues logging in to my online account and then I get locked out...! this is not even close to the other issues I have had with this credit union ... I DO NOT recommend this Numerica to anyone They are horrible.. not the employees.

  My wife and I are loyal members of this bank and have always paid our loans & credit cards according to the contracts. My sister-in-law has cancer and we have to make special trip to see her because her health is not good. This bank denied us a loan that we have no problem paying to help us for our trip and to also consolidate some bills. They let is down when we needed them the most. If you think they'll help you when you need it, don't hold your breath.

  This is a credit union not a bank so as far as service goes it's unbeatable but there is often a long wait.

  My son wanted to deposit some money on a Saturday at 12:58, the branch closes at 1pm. The teller took extra time to come to the atm and help him learn how to deposit cash! Thank you Denae!

  We love the East Wenatchee Numerica branch! Danae is such a delight to work with and helped us get an auto loan in no time. Her personality made the whole experience enjoyable!
