  So I moved to the South Hill a while ago but I’ve been very dedicated to the valley Numerica because to be honest they’re my people and they were my people for two years. However I just mustered it up and went into the downtown location and they are magic as well. I absolutely love companies that have good customer service across-the-board I can’t remember the girls name who helped me but she was wonderful.

  My business partner and I walked in without an appointment hoping to open a business account. At first we were told we may have to come back later/ unsure about availability that day- but Ellie, the branch manager, came out and set us up and really helped us feel welcome and comfortable about the process. Overall really great experience and we were both impressed.

  Jake and his team went the extra mile to cancel a payment that I had requested before it posted so that I wasn't charged a fee! And that was just one of the four phenomenal customer service interactions I've had with the company and that branch today! Top notch service without a doubt!

  Employees very friendly courteous and kind. Only problem is parking. But if you had it at the right time you can get in and out pretty quick

  Great branch that has gone the EXTRA mile for me and my husband on several occasions. I live on the north side and still drive downtown to do the majority of my banking. Special shout out to Laura!

  Not a dam thing do i like about this place! I'd give ZERO stars if they offered it. Their the most rudest, unprofessional people I've ever met. They con you into disability insurance, you pay for it every month then if you ever have to use it they make an excuse not to accept it. Their nothing but theifs and I wouldn't recommend doing ANY business with this place.
