  Absolutely love the communication that they have at this location! Because they weren’t getting payments on a loan that literally doesn’t show up in my bank that they said they would put in there I now have no bank account. Appreciate you and you not doing what you said you would do and now making life so much easier!!! Been with this bank for almost 5 years now and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

  tried to open an account. took $50, no account. Used them as a lender. No mail no mail no mail, boom late fees on the first piece of mail and no way to pay. Just super super super hard to work with. I used to recommend them all the time, but whoops.

  Amazing Staff! When the updated their app they almost lost our business because of all the bugs. It's been a while since we've had any problems, and because of the staff I'm changing my review to 5 stars.

  Easily the worst institution I've ever dealt with. Ironically I used to love them but wow. We were late on 1 CC payment about 10 days when we got a letter saying they would Repo vehicles and close accounts. Obviously we called, found out we were late on CC which was on auto pay and I must have messed that up. Anyway we make the payment and are told we are "Un trust worthy" since we missed a payment...1st one in 3+ years. My fiancé went in and was treated horribly, she is a person of color. She filed a racial discrimination case against the employee for her actions and that was blown off. I have messaged them through the app trying to speak with a district manager and they close my chat without responding. I've called multiple times only to be transferred and left on hold. Eventually the call miraculously disconnects. Needless to say this is a brief synopsis but I would recommended they fire whoever's in charge and allows their employees to treat members the way we have been treated... So 1 star is very generous!!!!

  Debbie Krum of Numerica Credit Union is the most professional, competent loan officer we have ever worked with. Debbie has worked with us through purchasing a new home, as well as a refinance on a vacation home. She and her team are over the top efficient and keep you informed every step of the way. I have never had a loan process go so smoothly. She has a can do attitude and knows all the available financing options for whatever your needs might be. I can't imagine working with anyone else. Exceptional

  Numerica get back to your old self dont ask customer to refill out information because you hired incompetent web developers. You need to fire them and prove to your customers you care about and are listening to them. The roll out of you new app is one thing but you rolled out new online banking and to make everyone think your cleaver you called it the new digital banking. In todays age it so easy to take buisnes elsewhere why give people a reason, and FYI if you want people to read emails from you dont send advertisements to their emails. If you didn't then i would think what you send me is important

  I just started the process of getting a loan through Numerica, throughout the process I felt like they really saw me as a person and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Cody in lending took the time to hear me out, talk through my plan and look at the whole picture to make sure I felt confident in my decisions. I so appreciate this local credit union!

  I have been with Numerica for as long as i can remember and they have always except for one time done me right and have always been nice to me. I have yet to have a bad experience with customer service. I do not like the new branch they built on Sprague near the fairgrounds the parking is impossible for someone who has any kind of larger vehicle and since my rig is taller using the ATM is also impossible. If i go their to use the ATM I need to stop, get out of my vehicle and walk up because i just cannot reach it from my window and my vehicle has only a three inch lift. Now the only other negative thing I can say about Numerica as a whole is this. I discovered that they were offering lower interest rates on their credit cards soooo i thought i would call them and ask them to lower the interest on my card one lousy point. Being a long time customer and as far as i know never being late on any type of loan payment that i can remember anyway I figured I had this in the hole before I even putted. Wow was I wrong and I could not believe my ears when they said they could not do that. I almost fell out if my chair because that answer really caught me off guard. They said that they do not offer the card I have anymore and that I would have to apply for a different plan which they then told me had a fluctuating interest which when up and down with the stock market. Now let me ask you this. With the stock market being so up and down lately who in their right mind is going to do that. I asked them, you mean that after all my years with them (30 plus years probably) and always being on time with any type of loan I have had youre going to sit there and tell me you cannot lower my CC one lousy point? They then offered to have someone call me which i believe they did however it was during my work hours and i could not accept the call. Let me back up. I told them if they were that hard up for money and could not lower my interest one stinking point then that was a sign that my wife and I should probably look for a more stable bank. Oh then all of a sudden they want to work with me well as long as they can call me during work when i cannot accept phone calls. Anyway that is my only gripe with Numerica and my wife and I are actively looking for a new bank

  Highly recommend for their mortgage services. No one compares to their Sr. Home Loan Officer, Debbie Krum! I certainly felt like a valued client through the whole process -- practically like family!
