  Michael was incredible to work with not only did he help get us an amazing rate on our refinance, he did so with incredible speed. When we signed our original lease it felt like we were constantly asking what's next, with Michael it felt like he was always ready to usher us to that next step, no matter how fast we responded. I also really appreciate that he set up for our paperwork to be signed at our home instead of a random office.

  I spoke with Michael after I had told several other callers that I wasn't interested. It was a quick, easy, and truthful transaction. He did most all the work including some that I should have done. Michael really bridged the gap between myself and any lender. Brazos was good, but Michael was excellent. I've purchased homes for over 40 years and this was by far the easiest refinance I have ever done. Michael killed it! I have already referred people to him!
