She always answered any Uncertainty we had and gave us Clarity and understanding every step of the way.   I love the customer service and friendliness! Catherine was reliable and informative throughout this process. She answered all questions rather it was repeated questions or new questions. Most of all she stayed in contact in every step. We had a very bad experience with our previous loan with NRL which turned out to be a waste of time and very poor communication. Thanks to Catherine and Daneill for their great customer service experience on getting our trust back. This really goes to show that this is a great company. Can’t judge a company behind one bad apple. Thanks to everyone that were involved on completing our loan process!
