  Kelly Rice is amazing! My husband and I just bought a house and she was our mortgage professional. We went through the VA and there are lots of hoops to jump thru and she was amazing. The whole process was painless and fast. She was upfront and honest about everything and always had our best interest in mind!! She is phenomenal and we would reccomend her a million times!   Kelly Rice is such a wonderful person to work with. She is very Knowledgeable, Dedicated and a Hard Worker. She guided me through the entire process. I was a First time buyer and had no clue what to do or where to start. She explained EVERYTHING to me. I feel like she grabbed my hand and lead me to the light and made my dream of becoming a Home Owner true. I asked some questions a million times and she had no problem explaining and answering them each time because she wanted me to understand what was going on. I would Recommend her to anyone/everyone who is looking to purchase a home so that they can have a Wonderful Experience as well. She is SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

  In the time that I have been a realtor, I have never worked with a lender that goes more above and beyond for her clients than Kelly does. If you’re looking for a lender for your home purchase, I promise you won’t find somebody who is going to work harder for you than Kelly does.
