  Got a good interest rate for an auto loan. Ended up getting charged hundreds of dollars in off and on late fees do to mailing issues. Their app does not show late fees on auto loans and they never made any attempt to contact me about them so I had no idea I was being charged the fees until much later. I don't know why the app shows little to no information about the account when that is all many people use now days. I called on a Friday with questions and they assured me someone would get back to me on Monday. I waited until Wednesday before I called back and no one seemed to know I called on Monday. I guess they did the bare minimum on their end so most of the late fees I still had to pay.

  This company is a joke. It's immediate online check deposit takes 3 to 4 business days to go through. It seems like every time I call in they're able to do something different that they weren't last time or can't do something they did the time before. Nothing is ever consistent when it comes to help.I've gotten so sick of it at this point especially with the new covid-19 complications and the hoops I have to jump through to try and cash a check that I will be looking for a new bank immediately.

  How the Hell we supposed to get a loan or money out of our account, more then what the ATM will give. if the lobby is only open from 9 to 4 and not everyone works in town?

With COVID guidelines, we are frequently reviewing our lobby hours but appointments can be made between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for large withdrawals and loans.   Bought a new truck in August and Novation had the lowest car loan rate around Hutchinson and Glencoe by nearly half so i went with them i couldn't be happier. The staff was very helpful and are very friendly every time i stop by.

  They no longer accept my novation ATM card, not the best location, gets crowded inside, no drive thru, and not open on Saturdays.

You may access your accounts 24/7 with eBranch Online Banking or our mobile app. In our efforts to keep our members’ best interests at heart, we continually review our products and services and in result, we discontinued offering ATM cards back in October.
