  Ian was a lifesaver during my refinance. I have unusual circumstances owning and occupying rental property along with being self employed. It is not an easy task to take on. Ian did ALOT of research to make sure it would be in my best interest before moving forward with the refinance. He went above and beyond with extra advice for my situation which has always bin my best interest. This is the 3rd time I have used Ian and will continue to only use him in the future!
