  They are the worst title company I have ever worked with, they are trying to charge my client a per diem for every day the buyer doesn’t close, which is understandable until he said the weekends count as well. But they are closed on the weekend so how is the client supposed to close? If I could give a negative star, I would. Not to mention they are stalling to prevent from closing so that they can collect more per diem. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM! Dan Jandernal is the absolute worst and disrespectful!

  I used Auction.com for a bank owned property this is all a scam connection linked to these poor quality, so called title insurance company, escrow and what not. Unfortunately, I did not search well enough till to late. I wired my money $10,375. Their telling me the seller doesn’t want or hasn’t signed the deed. If it’s a bank owned property that is not true. I won on a bid. Closing is not done. I have to fight for my refund back to this company here Novarre. Crazy!!!!! Scam to take your money.

  The operation in Maryland is out of control. Overcharges galore. Not fair to our client. Very unprofessional. I have taken action with the regulatory agencies in Maryland and hopefully will get our client a refund for excessive JUNK FEES. Beware.

  Novare closed a property for me in NC through an investment website called Rootstock. They were selected thru Rootstock as the title company. Despite my reservations I chose to use them assuming the two companies had a good relationship and it would simplify the transaction. Novare proved to have very little knowledge of NC Real estate laws. I found myself fighting for funds that I was wholly entitled to since day one. In the end, if I simply accepted the settlement statement presented to me I would have spent around $1000 more than I should have. Additionally, the initial title search that I paid for came back wrong. They were claiming my property was owned by someone else who never at any point had any interest in the property. I ran my own title search and presented them with the errors before they ultimai confirmed my findings. I feel that I should be offered a refund given that I ultimately had to do the work that I paid them to do. Then later an HOA vilotion issue arose. I paid $280 ($100 was their fees)for HOA services. Ultimately I again was forced do their job by 1. 3-way calling the manager company to confirm the violation was corrected. 2. Providing an invoice that reiterated the same thing. 3. Sending screenshots of my personal account history...again I paid them to do this work, yet ended up doing it myself. In the end I am more than displeased with the process and would like to be refunded for those services in which I ultimately did the work.

  Novare was listed as the closing company for Chase bank during my last REO purchase. They were indifferent and unfriendly. Give them a week to do a task that should take a day. Budget a month for a week long process.They are most likely severely understaffed.
