  Seems like I Always have to wait in line for the drive-thru...no matter what time of day it happens to be.......usually a good 10-15min wait before I even get up to the box. Good customer service though..........usually....

  Notre Dame credit union is five star banking for me. The parking lot on main street is just too small.

  Branch manager was not concerned about my issue. She came off as arrogant. I have been a member for at least 15 years. I did not get my situation resolved to my satisfaction. She was not concerned about me as a member. I have gotten the same rudeness from multiple contacts at NDFCU.

  Not really fair to rate just this branch but it's the one I most frequent. I've also had issues with other branches. Lets start with the debit cards that last maybe a few months before the chip goes bad and Frequent account hacking. The problem is bad enough that when I have issue while making a purchase, the cashiers response is always " you must bank with Notre dame" so I'm obviously far from the only one with this issue. I've had to make 3 trips in the have my direct payemts fixed after finding I was being fined for an employee messing that up....

  I have been banking with them over a year! And I have refinanced my car with them I was down to $3,000 back up to $7,000 they gave me a warranty but still paying out of pocket to get my car fixed. For the past two weeks I have been getting the run around! I was working with kris and she made it seem like I was lying about my situation,didn’t really care about what I had to say. Would say she would call me back a whole day go past nothing I call her the next day she calm she was so busy! I’m so over this bank and their staff!! Update-I talked to Nora the manager really friendly and listened to what I had to say and my issue was resolved

  I see alot of bad reviews and I dont know why. I've been with ND for 2 years. And they have been nothing but good too me. It's not there job too tell you what to do with your money or loans. So more then likely the bad experience you had was your fault. It would have been the same with other banks

  I absolutely love banking with NDCU, the online banking route saves me so much time. The new year kicked off on a great note and I have to thank Jonathan M. He was very knowledgeable and patient while helping me with my mutiple online accounts. Keep up the God given talent J.

  I have been a member here for a few years but disappoints keep adding up, my main concern is their ATMs' .most of the time they are down or unable to accept or withdrawal cash. Few days ago they replaced new ATM & doesn't accept their cards, five customers ahead of me all cards not accepted. Please work on your ATM to cover customers who cannot make it during working hours. I had to open another bank to cover my business in times when notre dame cannot deliver.

  My debit was hacked and there is no after hour to reach anyone to help me in the mean time they keep taking money off my card and theres nothing I can do about it until Monday I dont understand why there is not an after hour number to call for help

  We are sorry to hear you are experiencing debit card issues. If you contact our main number, 800-522-6611, there should be a message to press 3 for debit card which will direct to after hours assistance when outside of normal business hours. Alternatively, we list a direct phone number on our website to call for after hours debit card assistance: 877-230-3179. Lastly, if you had previously set up your card in our Irish Card Shield mobile app, then you can sign into that app to turn your card off, if needed. Thank you.
