  Great place to get a mortgage! Make an appointment, take in your documentation and walk out with a pre-approval letter. Once you have a contract, just a phone call and you are done. It doesn't get any easier than that. Danny and his team are the best there are!

  I worked with Danny Ferguson and his staff at Nosari to buy a home in Harrison, Arkansas, in February 2020. I was an inexperienced home buyer, but they helped me every step of the way. They were clear about the documents they needed and their follow-up was great. They were also just very nice. I would recommend Nosari to anyone going through the home buying experience.

  We had been looking for a home in 3 states, so we had to look for lenders in different locations. Even in Arkansas, we started with a different lender, since Nosari didn't handle 203K loans, but when we couldn't locate contractors we moved on to a property that didn't require repairs. We were shocked by the difference in closing costs charged by everyone else versus the loan through Nosari. Daniel found us an interest rate almost half of what the other lenders quoted.

  Danny Ferguson worked quickly to get us all the information we needed with Christmas and New Year's right around the corner. We were states away, and the closing would have been a real nail-biter had he not been as helpful and friendly.
