  I couldn't have been more pleased our recent experience with Northwest Title. Jeff Rupert was a pleasure to work with, he was responsive and knowledgeable. I told him I wanted a quick closing and he worked hard and diligently to make that happen. Nadia Shaya finalized the closing day, she was a delight to sit at the closing table with. Nadia was informative and an expert at her job. As an investor I have used multiple title companies over the years and this company specifically Jeff and his team definitely delivery the best service in the tri state.   Jeff Rupert at Northwest Title in Blue Ash was a pleasure to work with. We bought a house that was For Sale By Owner, so we probably had a few more questions than the typical home buyer working with a realtor, and Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He returned calls and emails quickly. My husband and I would recommend him to friends and family.

  We encountered a situation late in our transaction where the buyer needed to change loan products. It was imperative to close on or before the contract date, which I was certain not possible. Jeff Rupert stepped up and got us to the closing in time. Great job guys!
