  Erin is amazing, lawyer has yet to follow up with me, and it's been over a year of me calling repeatedly. We spoke 2xs over the phone (I live out of state), he assured me he would email paperwork to me so that things could get rolling. I asked about paying a retainer, said it would be in the email....never...got....anything..... After being drug along for so many months, I hired an attorney from out of town. They actually answer questions, and are making me feel like SOMETHING is being started.

  Nice, clean office, very fast process of signing to close. Nice workers, I moved 2 hours away and they were able to get me into an office closet to where I live now so I didn't need to drive 2 hours back.

  Can't say enough good things about Michele Smith and the folks at NW Title! We hoped for a quick turnaround - they delivered. We had questions about the transaction because of its unique nature - they answered all of them! We were tremendously pleased with the professionalism shown by the associates we encountered.   The company tried to help me resolve a description error on my deed. They were not able to help resolve it but guided me to who could help and held on to the original offer/paperwork until I could resolve the issue on the deed. Almost a year later it was resolved. Northwest Title were absolutely helpful and professional. I can not thank them enough for helping getting my deal closed which took almost a year. I sell real estate in a different state and I can tell you that you would be hard pressed to find a better title company!!!!

  Professional and friendly service. There was no wait! We closed within days of submitting our Sales Agreement. I highly recommend this Title Agency. Ask for Mrs. Fee. Tell her that Jo sent you.

  They were very effecient getting me the information, and easy to deal with when needed to set an appointment for closing. Return phones calls as soon as they could. Wide knowledge base. They have exceptional communication skills.

  The lady who did our closing at the bank did not wear a mask and was not a pleasant person to deal with at the bank. She was not personable and did not like if we had any questions. She acted as if we were an inconvenience to her, even though I was the customer. I had almost decided to get up and leave the refinancing deal due to her personality. They charged around $1100 in fees for their closing cost alone. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN IF I HAVE TO CHOICE/OPPORTUNITY!!!!!!!!!!

  Our experience with Northwest Title in Jackson OH was nothing short of flawless. The pre-closing process went very quickly and smoothly with good communication. The actual closing was done outside the NWT office due to the pandemic and distancing guidelines. Even this went very easily and without any glitches. Thanks to the good people at Northwest Title. To anyone reading this review, you can and should feel very good about doing business with/through Northwest. 5 Stars!
