The assistant manager is a very rude woman and extremely unprofessional. Northwest as a whole is a terrible bank in general. After the switch from mutual most of the people I know who banked and worked there have left for a plethora of different reasons. Terrible customer service, terrible policies, and an overall terrible customer experience. Bank elsewhere!

As of July 8th 2020 this makes the 6 time in 9 years they've put my money in someone's else's account. Would not recommend this bank
