  Never dealt with a bank that if you have a checking account and a loan through them that they cant make a payment over the phone. Corporate office is even worse.

  I had to change our business account to another bank, they couldn't figure out how to take an automatic payment, Pittsburgh office couldn't do it. They kept taking it out of personal account, then charge overdraft when it didn't go through.

  Staff at bank are nice and helpful. I don't like there practice of charging 37.00 for money taken out same Day as I replace it in night deposit or next day. I need a bank to give 24 hour time frame. If this were changed they would be great bank...

  Cashed a check there and they call the next day to inform me they have to “re process” it because of a error on their end. So currently have no money available on my card and they have done nothing but give me the runaround. Do yourself a favor and drive another 10 minutes away to get service.

  Wonderful staff and I love the manger, she is kind and helpful. Everyone there is always pleasant and makes for a smooth quick transaction.
